I believe that wearing one is a fitting tribute to a legendary cultural icon of our age. Whether you’re a fan or not I’d say it’s definitely worth checking some Michael Jackson t-shirts out.

There are many t-shirts out there sporting a vast assortment of classic Michael Jackson pictures. The lasting impact of Michael Jackson’s individual brand comes through in his white glove, his hat, his shimmery, black, sliding moon-walking shoes, and his white sequined socks; clearly he was a brilliant marketeer.

In his case, a simple phrase can evoke the same level of emotion as his image.

There is no shortage of t-shirts based on slogans related to Michael – ‘King of Pop’, ‘Legendary’, ‘This is it’.

A sad remainder of what might have been, the “This is it” tour t-shirts on the market cause emotion to well up inside me. I am referring to those t-shirts revolving around his classic records like Dangerous, History, or Thriller. Quite impressive on a striking black t-shirt, the Thriller album pictures were always truly memorable.

Other Michael Jackson t-shirts center on his many renowned global tours. Look at eBay, and you will be surprised at the astronomic prices his original t-shirts are commanding now!

There are T shirts taken from the pictures of every album he ever made, those when he was younger up through his more contemporary works.

I’ve been checking out the different types of Michael Jackson t-shirt out there. I’m pretty amazed at the variety of different styles, especially with some of the newer ones that have appeared since Michael’s death. Wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with a powerful image is a real statement and they don’t come much more powerful than images of Michael Jackson! Turn on the TV, listen to the radio – you’ll hear and see Michael, both through his own music and videos, and in his influence on other young musicians the world over.

But even if you can’t carry a tune to save your life, you can still participate in a touching tribute to Michael Jackson by wearing a Michael Jackson T-shirt.

It’s really gratifying to see that his music and his legend still lives on in so many ways, and will continue to do so for many years to come. He was about to embark on a major series of concerts at London’s O2 Arena and-as we know now having seen the This Is It rehearsal movie-it was likely to have been an incredible experience.

His death, whether you’re a fan or not, was deeply sad, especially considering the events and circumstances leading up to it. The death of Michael Jackson in 2009 undoubtedly sent shock waves, not only through his own legion of obsessive fans but to the millions of people across the world for who Michael Jackson was a cultural icon.
