The Three Rivers TV show had a one year long stint on the CBS network where it aired every Sunday for an hour. The series was set in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and was a fictionalized hospital drama series. Other prominent characters in the series are the character of Ryan Abbott who is a transplant coordinator and his role is played by Christopher Hanke and Pam Acosta who is Andy’s goofy operating assistant and also his best pal. Her role in the film is played by Justina Machado.
